In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of blockchain adoption in the TON ecosystem. As our Community Lead, you will develop and implement strategies to grow engagement, foster strong relationships within the TON ecosystem, and act as a bridge between developers, users, and our team.

Key Tasks:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth strategy focused on the Telegram user base and broader blockchain audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, users, and partners within the TON ecosystem.
  • Act as the voice of the community, gathering insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management or marketing, preferably in the blockchain or tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of TON, EVM, and the broader blockchain landscape.
