Key Responsibilities:

As a Division Controlling professional at Bosch, you will be responsible for the consolidated controlling of our Building Technologies division. This involves reporting on all relevant KPIs that contribute to the success of our business, including profit & loss KPIs, headcount & personnel costs, investments, and free cash flow. You will also be involved in the month-end closing process, consolidating KPIs and analyzing major deviations/impacts. Additionally, you will support in ad-hoc analysis of KPIs for senior management and assist in graphical visualization and implementation of new reporting approaches. Furthermore, you will be responsible for central support for forecasting and annual budget planning as well as preparing investment decisions. You will also create reporting & presentation templates for respective KPIs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills with a passion for working with large amounts of numbers and data. You will also need to be a highly motivated team-player with an eagerness to learn and a hands-on mentality. Good knowledge in data processing with SAP Business Warehouse is a plus, as well as very good MS Excel skills. Fluency in English is also required. You will need 2 years of professional controlling experience, preferably in reporting, KPI controlling or similar areas, and a degree in economics, management, accounting or similar.
