Main Responsibilities:- Create and analyze business requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Investigate functional issues and ensure continuity of operations.
- Liaise with users at different organizational levels and third parties to discuss and respond to business requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Monitor the change request backlog to meet business expectations.
- Document user requirements, user stories, and production issues clearly and structurally.
- Create and modify reports/data extractions using internal tools as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement new processes and initiatives.
- Engage in various development methodologies to enhance collaboration and improve the development process.
- Master's Degree in Finance, Management, or similar field.
- Knowledge of Financial Markets and interest in IT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
