Cbt Org is seeking a skilled Legal Operations Analyst to moderate written content on social media platforms. This role requires identifying and mitigating issues like fraud or copyright infringement while processing legal requests accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Moderation: Review and analyze written social media content to identify potential fraud or copyright infringement.
  • Legal Compliance: Process legal requests promptly and accurately while ensuring compliance with client policies and guidelines.
  • Performance Adherence: Maintain awareness of and meet key performance metrics like First Call Resolution, Service Level Agreement, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay updated with changes in client policies and guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Complete tasks within deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: No prior experience is required (up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is preferred).
  • Language Skills: German: Fluent (C1 minimum), English: Intermediate (B2 level).
  • Other Skills: Understanding of KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT) and performance-driven workflows. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
