As a Localization QA Game Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of localized games, collaborating with a global project team to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Translate and review text, images, and user interface elements to ensure cultural consistency and accuracy.
- Identify and correct language errors, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling mistakes.
- Work closely with the project team to resolve any issues that arise during the localization process.
- Provide detailed reports on errors and bugs found, along with suggestions for improvement.
- Perform ad hoc translation tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and strong cultural understanding of the target language.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Excel.
- Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites.
