Job Description:

The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's tax compliance, reporting, and planning efforts. Key responsibilities include assisting with quarterly and annual tax provisions, tax return preparation, audits, transfer pricing, and special projects while ensuring adherence to global tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing quarterly and annual worldwide consolidated tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures.
  • Support the preparation of global corporate income tax returns, including tax credit, incentives, and refund claims, and other tax compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain tax-related accounts as part of the monthly accounting close process.
  • Assist with external audit requirements for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Help maintain and improve internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
