We are now seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our IT Payments Team in Porto. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our product, which is composed of front-end, back-end, and batch components.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in Agile development throughout the entire development cycle;
  • Designing and developing testable, efficient, and reusable quality code;
  • Sharing knowledge and suggesting improvements in our team routine and technical processes;
  • Preparing, delivering, and tracking platform releases, interacting with other teams;
  • Contributing to both front-end and back-end components of the applications;

To succeed in this role, you will need a Degree in Technology or Computer Engineering (or similar), as well as extensive experience with Java and object-oriented languages. You should also have a good understanding of Spring Boot 3, Maven, Git, Continuous Integration Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Microservices, SQL databases (e.g., Oracle), and NoSQL databases.

A strong proficiency in Angular 15/16/17 is highly desirable, as is experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira. Additionally, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a real passion for learning, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €80,000-€110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
