**Key Responsibilities:**

Investigate and resolve issues regarding reported/flagged content on social media;
Handle and support client policies and guidelines;
Keep quality requirements in terms of user safety.

**Requirements:**

0 to 1-year experience working on content quality, safety, or policy in a major tech or media company (preferable but not mandatory);
Ability to work across shifts;
European citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal;
Fluency in Turkish (C1/C2/Native), strong verbal and written command (min. B2 level) of English;
