Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies for the Bill2Cash process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Operational Excellence & Performance Management: Set performance goals and indicators (KPIs) for the Bill2Cash process and monitor the performance of the external accounting service provider in executing the processes.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Ensure the further development of reporting for receivables and revenues in SAP BW, and manage the continuous development of the reporting with IT.
  • Technology and Systems: Manage the selection and implementation of software and tools that support the Bill2Cash process, including SAP SoA People.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls: Support risk management by identifying risks, developing measures, and implementing internal control mechanisms.
