Web Summit is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Associate to join our Advertising Team. In this role, you will drive growth by advertising across our various marketing channels, with a key focus on Google Ads.

You will be responsible for driving campaigns from planning to execution and beyond in order to meet key performance indicators. This includes analysing data, allocating budgets, producing reports, and optimising campaigns accordingly to improve return on investment.

  • You will collaborate with the Data Science team to create and implement new and disruptive solutions to advertising.
  • You will optimise marketing budgets to maximise CPA and efficiently scale new customers.
  • You will collaborate with the Insights and Content Marketing teams, integrating campaign strategies to deliver consistent messaging to our customers across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and content marketing, but also be a creative individual who is naturally curious and wants to experiment with new and creative ideas.
