About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Tactical Sourcing and Contract Manager to join our dynamic Airbus Procurement team in Portugal. As a key member of the central Procurement function, you will play a critical role in managing Tactical Sourcing activities and Contract Management support for Direct and Indirect procurement functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Extended member of the central Procurement function for Tactical Sourcing and Contract Management activities.
  2. Call for Tender (CFT) and supplier selection process management in a fair competition mode and according to Airbus Procurement processes.
  3. Support for drafting and negotiation of contracts/generic terms and conditions with suppliers.
  4. NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) processing for various projects.
  5. Annual release of applicable contractual requirements and documents lists (cARL, cADL) management and launching actions when needed.
  6. Deliverables (goods/services) ensuring compliance with contractual terms (cost, time, quality).
  7. Long-term alignment of the preferred supplier base with strategic needs of Airbus.
  8. Saving targets achievement and reporting in accordance with SLAs.
  9. Bundling opportunities optimization to leverage buying power of the Group and contribute to local for global initiatives.
  10. Two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Procurement with potential for growth in core countries.
  • Strong ability in Tendering process, Advanced negotiation, Legal/Contracting and SRM (supplier relationship management).
  • Good knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English and German or French.
  • Easily adaptable to Airbus E2E Procurement tools and familiar with Google suite.
