Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join our team in driving new business for our sales organisation. As a key team member, you will be responsible for running a busy outbound pipeline of leads and providing top-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups, unicorn businesses, and enterprise clients.
- Using innovative prospecting techniques to both cold accounts and new groups and divisions of existing Zendesk customers.
- Becoming the face of the brand, 100% focused on building an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales-related environment.
- Fluency in English and strong language skills in Danish or Norwegian.
- Prior experience in consultative sales, preferably in SaaS sales.
