About the Role

Euronext is a leading pan-European exchange with a unique federal model, accelerating innovation and sustainable development across Europe. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will be part of the company's mission to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovative AI solutions, supporting business lines.

This role is a key part of the COO scope, where you will guide the AI team in designing, building, and delivering AI-powered applications. These applications serve several teams and drive business value across different business areas. You will work closely with the AI Tech Lab Manager and other experienced professionals, such as software developers, DevOps, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise and guide the team in designing modern cloud-based architectures for AI solutions.
- Oversee and support the technical implementation of multiple AI use cases.
- Establish AI best practices, including the adoption of suitable frameworks, tools, and platforms for building successful AI applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, MLOps, and data scientists to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines, machine learning algorithms, and software modules into successful AI-based applications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong and foundational knowledge on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack machine learning in complex and long-term projects, from conception to deployment, with a focus on modular and scalable architectures.
- Experience in developing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions is highly valued.
- Proficiency in programming in Python and using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with services like API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, OpenAI, BedRock, and related ones is highly valued.
- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience in establishing and promoting best practices in software engineering, such as code reviews, automated testing, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A reliable team player, with a collaborative attitude.
