We are looking for a highly skilled IT Retail Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering business solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, particularly in the retail domain, with a focus on point-of-sale (POS) solutions. They will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, developing business requirements documents, and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for POS solutions and retail systems.

\

As an IT Retail Solutions Expert, you will work closely with IT teams and vendors to implement, test, and enhance POS and merchandising systems. You will also be responsible for providing expertise on industry standards and best practices, such as POSLog ARTS6 Retail Standard.

\

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in business analysis, particularly in the retail domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for POS solutions and retail merchandising systems\
  • Develop business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications\
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for POS solutions and retail systems\
  • Support system testing, UAT, and training activities to ensure smooth deployment and validate system functionality against business requirements\
  • Qualifications: Years' experience: minimum 8 years in a similar role; Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst in the Retail industry, with a focus on POS solutions and minimum 8 years of experience in IT Industry\
  • Highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the retail domain, particularly in Point of Sale (POS) solutions\
  • Expertise in POSLog ARTS6 retail standards, retail merchandising systems, and data mapping documentation\
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions\
  • Hands-on experience with POSLog ARTS6 Retail Standard, XML, JSON\
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising systems and operations\
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed data mapping documents for integrations\
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively\
  • Experience in SQL, JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Azure (Basic Knowledge around ADO Board, App Insight), and experience with business analysis tools is a plus\
  • Experience in Customer Communication\
