About the Position

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, interacting with clients and guests from diverse backgrounds. You'll provide personalized support, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. As a customer service specialist, you'll take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive business growth and deliver high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide top-notch customer service to all clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Manage the entire enquiry process, from initial contact to invoicing, maximizing sales opportunities.
  3. Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies.
  4. Develop in-depth knowledge of our hotel brands and operations to provide personalized support to our clients.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth, deliver high-quality service, and exceed client expectations.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, promoting our company culture and values.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Dutch native or fluent speaker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High-speed internet access and suitable working conditions for remote work.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
