We are seeking a seasoned Project Management expert to lead our global services delivery efforts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in managing complex projects and teams, with a proven track record of success in deploying large-scale initiatives.
As a Global Services Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to the deployment of the CDF Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland, as well as managing CDF initiatives up to Go live using defined Third-Party Risk Management processes, governance, and methodologies.
You will provide operational support to CDF teams in their implementation of the extended team in these locations, organize change management for onshore teams, work with SMEs to identify main risks, mitigate those risks by defining actions to meet SME conditions, and elaborate contracts between CDF Department and each location concerned.
In addition, you will contribute to reporting required at CDF level and by IT Group Central Sourcing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Project Management
- General knowledge on IT topics or IT Risk and Cyber
- Ability to Synthetise / Simplify
