About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team at ECI Software Solutions. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products, specifically our new ERP system for manufacturing businesses. Your work will help our customers thrive in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products.
  • Employ rapid prototyping and iterative design methodologies to quickly develop and refine designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and continually improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.
  • Utilize Figma and other design tools to create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
  • Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and collaboration features.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering user-friendly, effective, and delightful user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and gather feedback effectively.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
