The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of content on our platform. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Evaluation: Review and edit user-generated content in German, ensuring it adheres to platform guidelines and community standards.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content (including text, images, and videos) to maintain a safe and respectful platform for all users.
- Decision Making: Make quick, informed decisions about content moderation, ensuring consistent and accurate application of the platform's policies.
- Policy Enforcement: Address content that violates safety and quality standards, including issues related to harassment, hate speech, or explicit material.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (such as product and customer support) to enhance the moderation process and improve overall content quality.
Requirements:
