**Job Description**

As a CRM & Referral Specialist at Indie Campers, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement and conversion through effective CRM and referral strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement CRM and referral programs that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to identify CRM campaign opportunities and develop strategies to maximize their impact.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform CRM and referral program development.
  • Work with the Growth team to monitor and optimize CRM and referral program performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for CRM and referral initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM Marketing, preferably with a focus on referral programs.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce businesses and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
