We are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor to join our team in EI Corte Inglés - Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional in-store experience, exceeding client expectations
  • Driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors, adapting to changing market conditions
  • Maintaining a high standard of shop floor and visual display, adhering to Company operational guidelines and stock procedures

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies
  • A passion for retail, customer service, and commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Willingsness to grow in the organization, relocate if required
  • Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working
