Capgemini Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Lead to spearhead the integration of luxury industry companies with state-of-the-art technology. Our client, renowned for craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation, aims to preserve heritage and values while fostering growth and sustainability.
To harness Lisbon's tech spirit and infuse it into their Tech Competence Centre, our client is bolstering technical capabilities on cutting-edge technologies to meet business needs. Lisbon teams will be integrated with central Group Platforms teams, working on modern solutions and innovative technologies through global, scaled platforms to create value with pace and agility.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Integration Team to assure team development and correct workload management as part of agile methodology in alignment with the Scrum Master.
- Estimate effort necessary to complete high-level requirements during pre-assessment phases and as part of production bug's investigation and resolution.
Integration Expertise:
- Support User Story Design by leading integration high-level design for different project needs and coordinating with other technical teams across multiple technologies to complete e2e integration design.
- Define and produce integration architecture, specifications, and solutions in alignment with project team and domain/enterprise architects.
Data Exchange and Analysis:
- Ensure correct and accurate exchange of data with other systems, investigating and fixing different gaps doing a detailed analysis on bugs to identify the origin of the issue.
- Supported by the team, produce detailed function specifications and interface contracts.
API Development:
- Define, produce, enhance, and publish APIs.
- Follow and ensure delivery and timeline of other systems by coordinating them.
Documentation and Data Migration:
- Create and maintain documentation such as integration workbook and other design documents and US.
- Supported by the team, manage/execute/coordinate data migration and integration in testing and production environments.
The ideal candidate should possess Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills and Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. An estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
