**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and HR Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance and human resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director General, finance department, and other teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting regular sales analysis reports, cost reports, stock reports, and various KPIs to the management team;
- Supporting the financial department with tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, and payment processing;
- Managing inventory and reconciliations;
- Assisting with staff management, including leave administration, benefits, and performance evaluations;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Tools, with a strong focus on Excel and Sheets skills;
- Prior experience in SAP is an asset;
