The goal of the AI Team is to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovative AI solutions, supporting business lines. As our Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will guide the AI team in designing, building, and delivering AI-powered applications, with particular focus on Generative AI.
Your responsibilities will include leading the development of multiple technical solutions focused on Generative AI, ensuring high-quality standards for AI solutions, guiding and mentoring junior developers, engaging with business stakeholders, and collaborating with software developers and MLOps to ensure seamless integration of AI modules into successful applications.
Mandatory Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong and foundational knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack machine learning in complex and long-term projects, from conception to deployment, with a focus on modular and scalable architectures.
- Experience in developing and deploying LLM-based solutions is highly valued.
- Proficiency in programming in Python and using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, OpenAI, BedRock, and related ones is highly valued.
- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience in establishing and promoting best practices in software engineering, such as code reviews, automated testing, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A reliable team player, with a collaborative attitude.
