Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with client guidelines.
  • Protect customer data and adhere to accuracy and confidentiality standards.
  • Audit, review, and update social media content.
  • Handle inquiries and provide quality service to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
