Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled FinOps Cloud Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, or Cloud Economics, as well as solid knowledge of Google Cloud Pricing, BigQuery Cost Optimization, and Resource Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and forecast cloud consumption costs based on project specifications
  • Develop and implement forecasting models and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize cloud resources
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports on cloud consumption and cost trends
  • Apply FinOps best practices for cloud resource optimization and budget forecasting

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, or Cloud Economics
  • Solid knowledge of Google Cloud Pricing, BigQuery Cost Optimization, and Resource Management
  • Experience with cost monitoring tools such as GCP Cost Explorer and Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in creating financial reports on cloud costs
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
