Job Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator for Procurement Management to join our team in Porto (Maia). In this role, you will be responsible for managing various platforms internally, liaising with suppliers, and providing support to internal stakeholders. This position will be part of our new Shared Services Center, which aims to optimize procurement operations and improve efficiency. As an ideal candidate, you should have proficiency in English, previous experience in support positions, and be part of a multinational environment. Additionally, having skills in other languages will be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal management of various platforms
Liaising with suppliers
Supporting internal interlocutors

Requirements:
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Proficiency in other languages (plus)
