Main Responsibilities:
- Global commissioning of Nordex group's wind farm controller (CWE & SGCS), mostly remote
- Area of responsibility: commissioning of wind farm controller, controller interfaces, and preparation of grid code testing
- Regular contact and communication with the clients' experts to elaborate project-specific requirements, testing, and solutions
- Gain experience in running and closing wind farm controller projects
- Support negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Testing and improving processes within the Windfarm Control Operations department together with the department leads

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, Electronics, IT, telecommunications, or other equivalent technical education. You should also have broad knowledge of wind farm controller tools and processes. Grid operator interfaces and customer interfaces including: Hardwired, Modbus TCP, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA, DNP3, Root cause analysis tools like Wireshark, PLC commissioning, Grid Code Testing, PCMS - Parameter Configuration and Management System. A certificate to act as electrically skilled person (German: Elektrofachkraft) is helpful. Knowledge about wind turbine technologies is beneficial.
