Job Title: Data Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to join our team at Powerdot. As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven products that enhance our charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a clear data product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define and prioritize the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and growth teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for new products and features.
  • Ensure data products drive business value by transforming raw data into actionable insights and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to develop and maintain data quality metrics.
  • Ensure all data products comply with relevant data privacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creating products (as a PM or other function within a product team), ideally in high-growth start-ups.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and manipulation using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes.
  • Love for problem solving.
  • Proven ability to build successful products leveraging data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or some sort of machine learning techniques.
