We are seeking an experienced IT Security Consultant for Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. As an IAM Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting IT teams within the Lines of Business (LoBs) in understanding security requirements, enabling adoption, and ensuring compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support IT teams in understanding security requirements and ensuring compliance with IAM technologies.
- Work closely with relevant teams in the SAP Identity and Access Management space.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of SAP's corporate Identity and Access Management landscapes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining SAP's Corporate Identity and Access Management Strategy.
- Identify and document technical-level Identity and Access Management-related risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Security role.
- Technical expertise in at least one area of IAM technology such as Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management & Identity Federation, Privileged Access Management, Customer Identity and Access Management.
- Basic understanding of standards and best practices such as ISO 27001, SOX, SOC, C5.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with technical IT staff.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to analyze challenges and formulate solutions.
- Ability to challenge complexity and facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
- Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or relevant SANS certifications are a plus.
