We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling and Planning Manager to join our team as a Commercial Strategy Advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies for new business and modelling of new formats;
  • Offer financial insights to inform business decisions and enhance commercial strategy;
  • Create detailed financial models to evaluate performance, price structures, and investment prospects;
  • Lead the management of a profit-and-loss statement and cash flow projection for signed and potential deals;
  • Collaborate on revenue recognition processes for new management agreements;
  • Monitor and report on project performance against initial feasibility studies, maintaining up-to-date investment appraisals;
  • Develop cost-saving initiatives per project to boost efficiency and profitability;
  • Foster effective partnerships across departments to drive business success.

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field;
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance advisory and financial modelling;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Native-level English proficiency;
  • SAP expertise (a plus);
  • Global industry experience, particularly in hospitality (a plus);
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to interpret vast datasets;
  • Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills;
  • Enthusiasm for fast-paced change;
  • Clear communication skills to engage all stakeholders.
