Project Manager Opportunity
Michael Page Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in the Algarve region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding strategic initiatives and fostering continuous improvement within a dynamic investment sector environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in project management practices and methodologies
Develop and implement project management frameworks and governance processes
Oversee project coordination, ensuring alignment with objectives and organizational goals
Establish and report on KPIs and metrics to measure project success and performance
Lead project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
PMP certification preferred
Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to closure
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team motivation and stakeholder negotiation
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
