About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including chat, calls, and emails. They will be responsible for assessing customer needs, urgency, and preferences quickly and effectively. Additionally, they will handle bookings for accommodations, transportation, and travel services accurately, while ensuring compliance with company and customer policies.

- Provide high-quality support to customers through various channels

- Maintain compliance with company and customer policies
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Native/fluent French (C1), both oral and written
- Fluency in English, at least B2
- 5+ years of experience in a travel consultant role, with expertise in bookings for air, rail, and accommodations
- 3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Experience in contact center or customer-facing roles
- Proficient in using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
