About the Role

We seek an experienced Events Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving revenue growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for events, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, from large-scale conferences and trade shows to intimate VIP dinners and online webinars.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of all event logistics, including venue sourcing, registration, hotel accommodations, catering, A/V, entertainment, and onsite staff management.
  3. Oversee the development of engaging and impactful event agendas, speaker recruitment, and content creation.
  4. Manage all third-party vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  5. Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and analyze trends for improvement.

Skill Set

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing successful events, including large-scale conferences, trade shows, and corporate events, ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality industries.
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing and demand generation strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
