As a key part of the Supply Chain team, this individual will ensure that we maintain optimal stock levels while balancing cost efficiencies and operational requirements.

With deep expertise in eCommerce and Amazon FBA, we excel in buying, developing, and scaling brands to their fullest potential. We navigate the complexities of international markets and high-performance marketing, ensuring seamless scalability and growth. Our portfolio includes several Amazon brands, primarily in the home and kitchen category, as well as some electronics. Our international team of 17 world-class talents manages all operations today.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Analyze historical sales data, current product trends, and market insights to accurately forecast demand for all products.
- Inventory Management: Calculate and manage optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and associated costs.
- Order Management: Generate purchase orders for replenishment based on forecasted demand and stock levels, collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Stock Control & Optimization: Monitor and optimize stock levels across the catalog, ensuring products are always available in the required quantities and minimizing overstock.
- Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular reports on demand forecasts, stock status, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use advanced analytics to recommend inventory adjustments and supply chain improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand managers, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to align demand forecasts with marketing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Amazon Marketplace Management: Oversee inventory management for Amazon, ensuring accurate stock levels, fulfillment coordination, and alignment with marketplace demand trends.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations, preferably in e-commerce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights are essential. Experience managing inventory for the Amazon Marketplace, including knowledge of FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and related processes, is a plus. High attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams are necessary.
