About the Job: As a Customer Success Executive at Eugenia Talent, you will be responsible for turning customers into passionate brand ambassadors. This is an incredible opportunity for a relationship-focused individual with a great attitude and passion for service. You will communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, Skype, and chat to maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers and clients
  • Maintain partnerships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Record specific details and ensure actions taken on each case
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
