This role within International Procurement focuses on performing the 'Airbus International Footprint' analysis, formerly known as VCA – Value Chain Analysis. This exercise involves identifying the indirect sourcing volume footprint of Airbus globally, focusing on both offshore make and buy from Tier 1 suppliers.
The survey targets a defined number of suppliers across various divisions (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopters) worldwide. Responsibilities include RFI preparation, internal stakeholder management, supplier interactions, data collection and consolidation, and data analytics.
Key Requirements:
- Project Management experience and an operational background are desirable
- Procurement background is desirable
- Data analytical skills are essential
- Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, work under pressure, persist in goal-achievement, and meet deadlines
- Commitment to deliver high-quality results and go the extra mile
- A high standard of business English language proficiency (spoken and written)
