About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in large pig genetical enterprises or related industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, and understanding each account's requirements
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services and developing new applications
  • Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
  • Recommend new product and service options by evaluating current product results and identifying results needed
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events in China and periodically in other countries

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of sales-related work experience in large/medium-large pig genetical enterprises or related industries (artificial insemination, feed, vaccines, animal husbandry products)
  • Familiar with the industry, with a stable network of relationships with large pig enterprises in the south, and excellent social skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Loyal to the company, sales-driven, expertise in business development, good technical understanding, diligent and responsible in work
  • Positive attitude towards frequent travels
