Clinical Specialist Galicia

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team in Galicia. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our business strategy related to the MDS portfolio.

• Liaise and work with Sales and Marketing teams to provide customers with clinical and product education/training to support BD MDS products and services in the region.
• Plan and execute clinically oriented training programs in the whole territory.
• Facilitate advanced training on best practices to key accounts/customers.
• Manage in-service process as part of conversion process.
• Communicate market and competitor information resulting from job activities to relevant BD personnel – specifically Management and Marketing.
• Build business relationships within hospital accounts to maximize sales of a specified range of products by creating and developing “Best Practice” procedures.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote both BD company image and selected range of products.
• Support customer complaints, investigations, and resolution for complaints potentially affecting patient care.

You will be responsible for composing and reviewing clinical papers, posters, articles, oral presentations related to the use of MDS products and field of MDS expertise. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver formal technical and/or sales presentations at relevant clinical workshops, seminars, and informal meetings.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses a degree level in Nursing. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in the field of vascular access and be able to demonstrate a successful record in training healthcare professionals. You will also bring high level English language proficiency, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude, ability to work autonomously, flexibility, and willingness to travel up to 60% of time.
