About the Position

Eugenia Talent is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Safety Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role requires a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of online safety.

As a Social Media Safety Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the online community is safe and respectful by moderating and validating user-generated content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Moderating and validating user-generated content;
  • Identifying and escalating potential application errors;
  • Participating in testing, launching, and implementing new products or working tools;
  • Providing suggestions to improve policies and procedures;
  • Preparing and sending daily activity reports;

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proficient Italian (C1) and English (B2) language skills;
  • No previous experience needed;
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of online safety;
  • Passion for social media;
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset;
  • Availability to work 24/7, with rotation in 3 shifts;
