Job Summary
Finastra is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in demand generation, working closely with both our Marketing and Sales teams. Your job will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and maintain a log of that activity within the company's engagement platform and CRM.
Identify client and prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients.
Keep up to date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
Participate in training programs as directed by your manager.
Maintain sales forecasting data in the company's sales reporting system.
Report on periodic sales results.

Requirements
Prior experience of working within the banking industry, either for a financial institution or a technology vendor would be beneficial. 0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience. Finastra is an English-speaking company. For this role, Spanish is a should-have. Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals. Account Management experience is a plus.

Education and Work Environment
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience. Work is performed in a hybrid office environment. This role will provide support for the Americas, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to flex their working schedule to accommodate the required time zones as necessary.
