Your Mission
As the Backoffice Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, enabling efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day operations. Your mission is to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and uphold high standards of professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for optimal accessibility and retrieval;
2. Collect, compile, and analyze data to support decision-making processes and drive business growth;
3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel and ensuring timely responses;
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies;
5. Provide support to various departments as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation;
6. Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping;
Your Profile
Requirements include:
1. At least 2 years of experience in administrative functions;
2. Fluency in English (mandatory);
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Environment and other relevant software applications (mandatory);
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
8. Hybrid regime.
