Lead the Way
Nmbrs is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our Payroll and HR software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and stays ahead in the competitive market.
Main Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
• Managing your squad backlog and prioritising tasks with the team
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations
• Balancing new features and maintenance needed for the platform, considering technical and business needs
• Maintaining a well-defined product roadmap, ensuring prioritisation of features based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with product goals, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Being part of the day-to-day of your Squad and our Product Owner Chapter
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in payroll and HR technology, including legal and regulatory changes
Benefits
We offer a range of benefits, including a gross monthly salary of 4500 to 6000 euros (excluding holiday allowance), a personal coach, and a healthy work-life balance with a 4-day workweek.
