Job Description
- Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a similar HR technology role.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to configure, update, and maintain HRIS systems.
- Experience with data entry, integrity checks, and basic reporting.
- Ability to identify and resolve system-related issues.
- Comfortable working with HR teams and IT to support system needs.
- Assist HR staff with system navigation and troubleshooting.
