About the Job

The Operational Technology Security Strategist will be responsible for designing and implementing effective OT cybersecurity strategies tailored for renewable energy production and operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement OT cybersecurity architectures that meet industry standards, such as IEC 62443 and ISO 27001.
  • Design and implement secure and scalable network architectures for OT environments, including SCADA, ICS, and IoT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure OT security strategies align seamlessly with corporate IT and cybersecurity policies.
  • Implement and supervise cybersecurity tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners, in OT environments.
  • Monitor and respond to OT security incidents, collaborating with incident response teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focusing on OT environments (e.g., SCADA, ICS).
  • Strong understanding of networking principles (e.g., VLANs, VPNs, routing).
