Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Education Recruitment Specialist to join our Admissions team. As an integral part of our global recruitment efforts, you will be responsible for the recruitment and enrolment of new students in international markets. Your primary duties will include connecting with students through inbound and outbound contacts, scheduling interviews, and providing guidance on our courses. You will also conduct webinars, online interviews, and develop relationships with alumni, current students, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will advise prospective students on their course options and encourage enrolment where appropriate. Your performance will be measured based on three key aspects: recruitment performance, collaboration and teamwork, and innovation and initiative. You will receive training, mentoring, and become part of a highly collaborative recruitment team that deals with inbound and outbound communications campaigns to prospective students worldwide.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in other sales/customer service roles is essential. Having worked in the education industry is a plus. You should have knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles. Fluency in English, Google tools, and knowledge of CRM software are also desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships, are essential. Organizational and time-management skills are also required. A BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred.
