Insurance Client Liaison Officer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled French and English speaker to work in our client's insurance company, assisting insureds with payments, managing customer relations, and contributing to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and assist insureds via phone and e-mail regarding payments and benefits.
- Manage customer relationships and contribute to client satisfaction.
- Be responsible for administrative management of insured's contracts and health benefits.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- Passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is an asset.
Benefits
- Direct contract with the client.
- Continuous training opportunities.
- Competitive base monthly salary: 1100€ multiplied for 14 months.
- Meal allowance: 8€ per worked day.
- Transport allowance: 35€ per month.
- Annual bonus based on recurring results up to 150€ + quarterly team bonus up to 180€.
