Role Overview

The role is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Trainee who is eager to leave a mark on the world of health and hygiene with innovative ideas. As part of our dynamic team, you will support the implementation of brand plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative concepts to drive growth and engagement.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights.
  3. Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  4. Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market share, and brand health metrics.
Requirements
  • Educated to minimum bachelor degree level (completion or near completion) in a business related subject.
  • Internship experience highly desirable, or evidence of active interest in consumer marketing through University extra-curricular activity.
  • English: Advanced / fluent (written, oral and spoken).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools.
