**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Operations Specialists and Senior Specialists in Germany and Porto.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating demand creation and revenue fulfillment in coordination with Account Management for several automotive customers operating worldwide.
  • Providing active support for customer projects, including development and consulting on appropriate business models, contract preparation as well execution, in cooperation with the legal department and Product Lines.
  • Taking a leading role in the preparation and conducting of annual price negotiations according to the Account and Division strategies.
  • Conducting all operative Sales activities with your team, like long-term sales planning, quotations creation, series production ramp-up preparation, etc., while maintaining customer data in respective systems and providing the required data analysis in the scope of your responsibility.
  • Providing and further developing with your team on-demand data analytics to the Account teams to enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Acting as an expert and coach in your area of responsibility towards internal stakeholders and customer counterparts, building trustful and constructive cooperation with the customer and coordinating with your team members to operate globally.
  • Proactively driving with your team to ensure continuous process and tool improvements and further digitalization to optimize the cooperation between customers and Infineon, as well as between Account teams and Infineon internal stakeholders.
