Customer Service Specialist for Fashion Retail

Role Overview

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent will be:

  • Providing expert fashion guidance to customers during their shopping experience.
  • Offering top-notch solutions and support to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
  • Answering questions and resolving issues related to products, orders, payment methods, and shipping while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.
  • Transforming online credit simulations into completed files.
  • Handling calls from prospects and clients.
  • Collaborating with other departments and redirecting relevant cases and issues to the appropriate teams.
What We Offer

Type of contract: yearly.

Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, 7am - 9pm.

We offer two salary options:

  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
  • Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month.

Relocation support for international candidates includes:

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
  • Airport pick-up.
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
  • Assistance with paperwork.
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You need to possess:

  • A native level of French and a good level of English.
  • Enthusiasm about fashion and trends.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experience.
  • The ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with people.
  • A willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit.
