About the Job
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Professional to join our vibrant team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying sales opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
- Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB space
- Providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals
Key Requirements
- Native German speaker with good English skills (at least B2)
- High school degree or bachelor's degree
- Sales or marketing background
- General understanding or interest in online marketing products
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- True team player willing to work with diverse nationalities
Benefits
- Fixed-term contract for one year with possibility of renewal
- Working hours: Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs/week)
- 12 days of paid training
- Salary conditions: 1.905,92€ gross/month + bonus up to 1.267,00€ gross per quarter (without accommodation)
- Reimbursement of initial flight costs
- Pick up from airport
- Annual return ticket to home country
- Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc.
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by company
